Preparing for Los Angeles
I'm going to fly to Los Angeles this Friday. Mainly because I got myself a little role in the new L.B. Rayne music video
. Also there's the Z-Day
main event during the time I'm there. Problem is, the first event I want to attend is already on Saturday. In order to minimize the Jet lag, I already decided yesterday (Tuesday) to switch to L.A. time. Another advantage should be that I have to catch the train to Frankfurt at 3:48 a.m. which is evening in L.A. therefore I don't have to go to bed early and get up in the middle of the night.
So I'm sitting here now at 2 a.m. which is 6 p.m. L.A. time and write this blog entry. Last night I could hardly sleep, so I got up early and went shopping around 5 a.m. L.A. time which is about 1 p.m. here and went to bed again afterwards. I took a nap again at what would be 2 p.m. in L.A.
I'm feeling quite okay now. I'm also writing the first basic version of this blog viewer.
I read that the Jet lag lasts as many days as there are hours in time difference. I hope not, because it would mean most of my holiday (staying one week). Then, I'm coming home on Sunday and have to work on Monday. This will be another challenge, but I also read that if I stay awake that Sunday and go to bed normally I should be fit on Monday. I'll report how it works out.Posted on 2013-03-14 02:11:19
